   Rode the Ngong Ping 360 cable car in a glass-bottom Crystal Cabin for 25 minutes from Tung Chung up to Ngong Ping Village.

   Tian Tan Buddha

   Climbed the 268 stone steps to the summit of Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island and walked around the base of the statue.

   Toured the historic Po Lin Monastery complex located opposite the Tian Tan Buddha.

   Tai O Fishing Village

   Skipped scheduled bus trip and dolphin boat tour at Tai O Fishing Village to return to central Hong Kong ahead of their evening flight departure.

     We actually have tickets to go to Tai O Fishing Village, which is about a 10-minute bus ride away. It's on the Coast, and we've got tickets to actually go out on a little boat as well to see some dolphins out on the Coast. But we've decided not to do that.

   Tim Ho Wan

   Had a late lunch/dinner at Tim Ho Wan dim sum restaurant, eating BBQ pork buns, dumplings, and noodles for £32 total.

   Strolled along the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui, photographing the Bruce Lee bronze statue and Victoria Harbour views.
